Chinese clothes and Chrysanthemums

A while ago I decided to get a traditional Chinese top made for myself and one to send back for mum. I found a great little shop where the lady makes authentic clothes and has a huge selection of materials. Today I picked the tops up. This is a picture of me in the shop with the lady who makes the clothes...Of course as I said to Nettie, I have no idea when or where I will wear it....All my Chinese friends will be dressed normally and I will be wearing bright trad' clothes...pretty funny really:-)


After we picked up the tops we wondered back through Childrens park where an amazing display of Chrysanthemums has magically appeared. That seems to happen here, one day it is just a park, the next day it is a mass of displays and colours. Very cool.
