Some obvious differences

Stairs, and more stairs. Must be really hard for any disabled people to get around. Oh the rubbish collection....yes our people wouldn't get out of bed to apply for a job that entails manual labour like that. Very interesting indeed. Tea at KFC yes I kinda expected tea to be a way of life in the beverages but KFC surely is only in the very big cities isn't it?

Yep green Tea is all the go here, but thats not tea its Soya Bean milk. I hated it at first but really like it now. My city is very behind as it's what they classify as a 2nd tier city... But we do have Maccas, pizza Hut and KFC. The menu at these places is significantly different to in Australia though :-)
